- This is the third branch of Hatchards, and the first outside London. It is in the heart of Cheltenham, and spreads over two floors. The books are beautifully displayed, and it feel welcoming. According to its website it aims to concentrate on history, art, biography and coffee table books. There is a large fiction section, and sections on natural history and travel as well as a children's section. A variety of stationery and gifts are on sale. It plans an all-year-round events programme.
