Excellent ( ) I have to be honest, parts of ths book are just over my head, but most of it I get and provides insigiht into how Congress has evolved and changed since the founding of out country. Basically I like how the book shows that Congress as an insstitution is failing and relinquishing it's Constitutional obligations.
