At first the error of a few pages seemed like an easy to deal with issue, but repeatedly having to hunt for the correct page to pick up the correct groceries at the store became beyond annoying. On the plus side clean eating is explained in a manner easily understood by cooks new to what clean eating means. Nutrition is very important. This book explains why fresh organic food is so much better for your body than over processed canned or boxed convenience foods. I know my adult children and their friends only know what their parents taught them about nutrition. Unfortunately the topic was not covered in school. The majority of the young adults I know would benefit immensely from the information in this book. There are several recipes in this book that I have tried, but it isn't feasible for me to follow the exact order recommended due to the recipe portions and leftovers not being wasted.
