Note: I received a digital review copy of this book from the publisher through NetGalley. A good, very quick, easy, fun to read informative book. Basically their YouTube series in book format. I love their YouTube series so I picked this up at the Hershey Library (been wanting to read it), but most of whats been covered is stuff they've covered in their YT series. I want to like this more than I should, but, its just 'eh' and 'mediocre', despite the drawings, despite the informal attitude, and despite the knowledge presented. Its just 'there'. Definitely check out their YouTube channel though. Their weekly Thursday videos are (usually) great. This is an interesting book written in a simple language. So, this book is suitable for any age. This book contains so many interesting facts and answers to the weird common questions we wonder but may not know answers to. I have a constant curious mind which is how I ran into their Youtube channel and found out about this 'New York Times Best selling' book. If you have a curious mind like me and want to know amazing facts and answers then this book is for you. And if you haven't already then, go check out their awesome youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/AsapSCIENCE Some questions answered in the book are : -Is cracking your joints bad for you? -does shaving make your hair grow thicker? -does being cold make you sick? -can sneezing pop your eyeballs out? -which came first the chicken or the egg? -is there a hiccup cure? -why are men so hairy? -could a zombie apocalypse happen? -Selfie science -are silent farts more deadly? This book is perfect in the living room, so that guests can come and read few interesting chapters. I would recommend anyone with a curious mind to go check out their youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/AsapSCIENCE keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
