Dear god, this couple just drove me completely up the wall down and back again. I absolutely loved this series. I am going to read the POV of Tyler's but before then I must tell you this couple, I relate to them 100%. Well at least on Tyler's end lol. Take out the father put in my mother there you go. So I understand where he's coming from. I understand wanting to mask the pain, to distract yourself away from it. Unfortunately for me drugs, alcohol, sex lol, didn't work. I don't exactly have an addictive personality. At least not that way. So when it came to me distracting, I'd hit things. Not people. Not myself. But things. Walls, poles, doors, mirrors. It was the way that I dealt with the pain of the past but in the present.

Reading Tyler's story and Eden story wrote this entire book had me triggering all over the goddamn place.

But honestly it was worth it. If you trigger easily, I must warn you there are a bunch of them throughout this entire book but, it is worth it.

There are so many times that I wanted to bawl my eyes out, or throw my tablet, or punch someone. Yes I said someone. I'm glad in this book that Eden finally got her father to listen and actually give an excuse for his behavior. I'm actually surprised that she didn't suggest that they go into therapy. Because I think it would actually do them a freaking world of good.

I know that when I am reviewing a book I basically talk as if the situations are real, I am not stupid I know they are not. But at the same time, when you read a book, you immerse yourself into the story. Well at least if it's a good story then you do it. You become a part of their lives. So yes I do talk in my reviews as though I'm speaking about real people.

And as I said their story is well worth the triggers. Well worth the pain, the sadness, the memories.

The author did such a great job on this series. And I am happy to announce that I only found maybe a handful of grammar issues. Which I shouldn't really talk considering I probably have enough of them just in this review alone lol.

It just made it a lot more easier to get into the store and become part of everybody's lives.

Thank you to the author for such an amazing story. ( )

**I received a copy of this book from the publisher via Netgalley. All opinions are my own and not influenced by my source.**

I had high expectations for this finale. Everything has been building for this book and I couldn't wait to dive in!

And it was perfect! This was exactly what I wanted in this final book.

The proof of character growth that we got here was fantastic. These aren't the same characters we had in DIMILY. They've grown and it's shown here perfectly. I loved watching Eden mature into the young woman she becomes. I wasn't a big fan of hers at the start of this series but I've really grown to like who she has transformed into before my eyes.

And Tyler has the same great progression as well. Perhaps even more so.

I felt every range of emotions reading this book; in a completely great way. If you had asked me when I picked up DIMILY (where I watched these immature teenagers rebel with so much angst), I would have said "no". But it's amazing how much I fell in love with these two and their journey the more invested I became in this series.

This book hit all the right notes and I have no doubt in my mind that fans of this series will LOVE this final novel.

I know I sure did!
