As one might expect from a book with a foreword by Dr. Oz, this is part science, part horoscope. I already had a pretty good idea of my chronotype from my wearable, and the info in this book roughly aligns with those data. I read some sections and skimmed the rest. The "best time to do x" chapters are the weakest and sometimes contradict information in other sections. Still, it does give me some things to consider about timing and energy. The problem I have with this book is that while the science is interesting and makes sense, I do wish he'd not chosen to give such silly names the the 4 types (Dolphin, Wolf, Bear or Lion). I keep trying to tell my friends about this but you sound so ridiculous when you say "I'm a Dolphin."
You also only honestly need to read the first couple of chapters! Everything you need to know is there... the other 90% of the book is the same thing repeated over and over again.
I'd actually recommend just researching this online rather than spending £10 on this book. It looks like it was pretty heavily promoted, so there is plenty of information out there for free! Or just borrow it from a Library! ( )
