The anime was clearly very faithful to the manga ( )

This is one of the strongest starts to a manga series I've read! It's funny yet heartfelt, full of spy shenanigans that feel high-stakes but not totally nerve wracking. But the real highlight is the characters! I feel so attached to this little family already, and am sooo ready to read more :3 ( )

This book was just as hilarious, if not more so, than the anime! There’s certain humor that comes across so well in manga format that can’t always be translated on screen so it was fun to read this after seeing the anime. Of course there’s way anime can be funnier in some aspects too, it’s just different ways and it’s fun to see what both formats do with a story.

This manga is pretty frame per frame accurate to the anime which is cool to see. But like I said, I didn’t find it boring due to the fact that the way things are shown on page is still different enough to be hilarious in its own way. This story is just so entertaining and the characters are fantastic! I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys manga and/or anime and particularly if you like comical ones.

Twilight the spy’s latest mission has him going undercover as Lloyd, a psychologist with a daughter who is going through the admissions process for a prestigious school. The catch is, twilight has to find a daughter and then train them to be able to compete in admissions, and fast! Then he learns he also must attend with a wife. The woman he finds to play the role just so happens to be an assassin who also needs a cover relationship so she isn’t suspected to be a spy. Add to this that the little girl, Anya, can read minds and knows what each of them are even though the two adults don’t know each other’s secret identities and you have the perfect setup for pure comedy and action and maybe even a loving family? ( )

I don't normally read graphic novels, but this one was a good one. I liked the story and fell in love with all the characters! ( )
