It seemed to be a much longer story way back then. ( ) Jacob two-two is the youngest. No one ever listens to him so he has to repeat himself two times. This becomes a problem when he has to get two pounds of tomatoes from the grocer and is thrown into children's prison for insulting an adult. I was surprised at Jacob's ingenuity as he devices a plan, with the help of Child Power, in order to escape from prison. I especially liked the character of the Hooded Fang, who certainly isn't as he appears to be. A book recommended for children in grades 3-5 as this is a primarly text based chapter book with a few illustrations throughout. A young boy, Jacob repeats everything twice. Wanting some independence, his father agrees to let him run an errand to pick up some tomatoes. At the store, mistaken for insulting a grownup by repeating himself, he is imprisoned by the Hooded Fang and other big people. Jacob Two-Two and hundreds of other children are then set free by Child Power superheroes. keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
