Such a fun way to teach a young kid about homonym's. This book is filled with witty word plan and fantastic and engaging illustrations.

I love the fact that the back of the book contains a glossary for the various words used. ( )

HA HA HA. Oh this book demonstrates (much like its predecessor P is for pteradactyl) how messed up the English language is. The first few pages gave me major laughs....and then the book was too long. I was like "I get it already" ( )

Truly, the worst read-aloud book ever, in the best way possible. Illustrations provide clarity and humor as sentences full of homophones (words that sound alike and may be spelled alike or differently, but have different meanings) are juxtaposed to hilarious effect:

The children scarfed the mousse.
The children scarfed the moose.

Back matter includes a glossary. ( )

This book is the BEST book to read aloud to older children to learn the difference between words that have different meanings and spellings, but share the same pronunciation....HOMONYMS!!

The illustrations are top notch.
