The essential follow-up to the groundbreaking Emotional Intelligence is now available as an unabridged audio program. In Working With Emotional Intelligence, Goleman shows that emotional intelligence has become the new yardstick for success for CEOs and junior hires alike. Drawing on both unparalleled access to business leaders and in-depth research, he documents that star performance in every field depends more on emotional intelligence than IQ or technical skills. This program is a blueprint for all who want to thrive with integrity and satisfaction in the new global economy. Keine Bibliotheksbeschreibungen gefunden. |

I felt the book suffered from a lack of strong organization. Where Emotional Intelligence was strongly structured around the 5 core emotional intelligence competencies, Working with Emotional Intelligence went over a much longer list of attributes which were loosely coupled to those 5 core ideas. Thus, while the book had valuable content overall, it covered so much that it was almost inevitably going to come off as somewhat scattered without an extremely strong organizing principle. ( )
