This book was one of 6 I picked up at the Newport Public Library's book sale last weekend. I've had good luck with Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar chasing away sore throats, indigestion, headaches, and malaise so thought it'd be an interesting read. It is, but being that it's written by the producer of the Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar which practically has a monopoly on natural vinegar with "mother", it comes across as highly self-promotional, so I'll probably try some of the recommendations, but may hold off on declaring the "Bragg Healthy Lifestyle" as a cure for aging. ( )

The first twenty-nine pages are testimonials for Bragg System founders and system. The Table of Contents begins on page thirty. The rest of the book is broken into little sections talking about how Apple Cider Vinegar can to be used to cure a variety of ailments. Ten pages at the end are descriptions and order forms for books and other items to be ordered from the author’s company. Without any medical or scientific research to support the, this is eBook version is reminiscent of a snake oil salesperson from day gone by. ( )

Excellent book. ACV does have many healthful aspects. Try it and see for yourself.
It works. And Bragg's is the best of the bunch. ( )
