All the main plot points were explained plainly by the characters, not leaving anything for the reader to work out and the conclusion all played out rather too smoothly, without much drama. I didn't particularly like any of the characters. Paul could be a sexist pig at times and I couldn't understand his attraction to Julia at all, it seemed very unprofessional, especially with him making efforts to appear professional all the time. The strong pushing of intelligent design ideas was rather off putting and just read as a religious book towards the end. The dialogue was very stilted and didn't flow well at all. The most enjoyable parts were about the US SEAL's operations, but even they read as cheesy at times. ( ) A thrilling murder mystery that involves more than meets the eye. Dr. Micheal Townsend is murdered before he can disclose his new scientific discovery that could change the world of science. However, his death effects not only his co-workers and employees but Middle East terrorists and Russian arms dealers! How these people are entangled in the death of one man is revealed in the books pages. The book is a fascinating read, but does not fulfill all the reader's expectations. It is terribly interesting and kept me up late to finish it, but did not have a dramatic, climatic, ending. It would also be better if the book contained more direct references to Catholicism or Christianity, but it does a good job connecting science and belief in God as it is. Recommended for 13 for vocabulary and comprehension more than content. Zeige 2 von 2 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
