This book only loses points for stylist inconsistencies and word choice errors. In terms of Content, it is a timely and sobering approach to the issue of Islam-inspired terrorism. Western leaders who preach that terrorists are not really Muslims are complete fools. The terrorists say they are Muslims and can cite chapter and verse to defend their interpretation of Islam. While the West is bending over backward trying not to hurt the feelings of Muslims--and claiming to speak for Islam by continually saying that not all Muslims are bad, often not even using the word "Muslim" to describe terrorists who are Muslims--meanwhile, between one-fifth and one third of just about any given Muslim population is sympathetic to the goals of the terrorists. If too many Muslims--including those who are not actively or actually terrorist--nevertheless defend the terrorists, then that is problem for the Muslim community. It is self-destructive, however, for non-Muslims to be joining in the coddling of the terrorists. In light of recent events, the head-in-the-sand approach of our own leaders has already put us all in great danger and possibly brought us closer to another World War. This book looks at the fallacies about the relationship of terrorism to Islam and shows that the connection is easy rather than difficult to make both for violent jihadists and for their potential victims, including us.… (mehr)
