More of an architectural survey than a narrative, I wanted to know more about some of the 19th century buildings of New York and this title kept coming up. You might know this place as the home of John Lennon and Lauren Bacall, and there were sufficient celebrity mentions to be intriguing but there are a lot more floor plans than gossip bits in here.
