Cooperative Whole Grain Educ Association

This is a collection of recipes from various co-op bakeries around the US. The recipes are for breads made with whole-grain flours, natural sweeteners, etc.
In general, most recipes follow a very simplistic straight method of bread baking, although some sourdough recipes are included. Most recipes are too rich and sweet to my taste. Unfortunately, only volume measurements are given. However, there are many interesting recipes that are worth trying. I would really be happy if they made a new edition, with recipes from today's co-op and health-food-store bakeries.… (mehr)
