Good Company: Business Success in the Worthiness Era… von Laurie Bassi
This is targeted at a business audience -- definitely not me -- but a friend of mine is one of the authors so I read it. And I got to say it was really fun -- filled with anecdotes about the various companies we interact with every day, recounting how they behave well or massively screw stuff up. I read it in a day and really enjoyed it. I skimmed the parts that are targeted to business people, but they do seem like they'd be helpful if you're running a company.
