The spiced butter (well, oil, but I did actually make ghee) smells and is delicious. The actual recipes I've made... well, not so much. They're fine, but they aren't inspired. After having lofty expectations and spending time hunting for some special spices, I'm particularly disappointed. This book isn't bad -- and I am glad to have an Ethiopian cookbook on the shelf -- it just doesn't live up to my hopes and dreams.… (mehr)
