This was a cute coming-of-age story of Peter Mandel, an 18-year-old private school senior who is struggling to come to terms with his sexuality. Peter is a talented photographer who is passionate about his art but is determined to keep his attraction to other men a secret. That is until he meets Adam, a charming and worldly guy who is not interested in labels, but is interested in Peter.

I had a love hate with Peter and Adam’s story but am excited to see what happens in the next book.

Angsty and parental abusive pressure make this romance a bit heartbreaking and ultimately loving. There are heart wrenching scenes and difficult decisions. There are steamy scenes and tender moments.
This was my first book by this author and going through the sadness, and misunderstandings and hope to a satisfying ending was a wonderful introduction to an author with a large list of available stories to consume. I look forward to reading more.… (mehr)

Neil remembered every detail of his life...HIS PAST LIFE! The thing that he remembered most was the love that he and Joshua had shared before he was killed by a truck...20 years ago. When Joshua returned to the research that he had spent his life dedicated to after his husband's death...he met the young researcher on a project that he was possibly going to fund. Joshua was stunned, but it was undeniable... he had not only found someone that looked like his Neil...sounded like his Neil...remembered things about him that only his Neil would know...but 100%, as impossible as it seemed, WAS HIS NEIL! There is now a 20-year difference in their ages, but neither man cared. There are so many things I loved about this story Joshua learned to love himself and accept himself, he learned not to wait. Neil was so much the past Neil even as a child, but he had never stopped loving Joshua or wanting him happy even if it meant that Joshua had married and lived his life with someone else. Now fate had given them another chance, and they were nor going to question it or waste one single moment. It doesn't matter if you believe in reincarnation or not, it still made for a fabulous love story with all the elements of wishful thinking with a dash of angst, and a lot of humor and ecstasy.… (mehr)
