This first book in the FLUX & FIRMAMENT series sets the stage by introducing us to a new universe created when a catastrophic experiment at the Large Hadron Collider led to a collision between our world and the dimension of the Cloud Lords.

With well written characters and a plot that seems well thought out, I really enjoyed this one and look forward to seeing what happens next.… (mehr)

From the minute I started reading this fantastic tale, I could not put it down. But being a prequel, I know I at least have the pleasure of anticipating more books to come in this compelling series. I could immediately empathize with Chloe, as she is rejected by the man she loves. On the run from everything she knows, she encounters members of the dragon shifters and the vampirii. As a bond is formed between Chloe and Aethan, she moves towards a destiny far from her home and those she loves, one with an unknown and mysterious future. I just cannot wait to read more of this intriguing tale. The author has a compelling way of spinning a yarn that pulls you in and makes you a part of this surreal and mesmerizing world she's created. You'll most definitely want to get in on this first book of what promises to be a great new series.
