I protagonisti del Telefilm , gli Agenti dell'FBI Mulder e Scully , identificano un uomo di nome Victor Klemper. Klemper è un criminale di guerra nazista ed un partecipante dell'Operazione Paperclip, un'operazione del governo degli Stati Uniti finalizzata a garantire un luogo sicuro ai criminali di guerra in cambio delle loro conoscenze scientifiche...
Two FBI agents investigate a conspiracy.
For the most part it's just a long episode of the show (and a pretty boring one), with explosions and extra helicopters (so many helicopters!) to justify a feature-film budget. The final act does have a scale that would be pretty epic for a TV show in the 90's, which I guess would have been kind of interesting, to introduce that sort of thing while the show is still ongoing. It's aged very badly, though.
