This book does not detail every herb found in the wild, just those commonly found in our yards or nearby, not only in America but Europe and Britain. Very thorough in what those are good for physically, which parts of each plant are used for various complaints, and how to use them (teas, ointments, oils, etc.) with recipes

This book is very in-depth about each plant it covers. I wish the section "Using your Herbal Harvest" was a little more specific on how to make different, things, such as tinctures, glycerites, etcs, but they have very specific and in-depth instructions for special applications in each plant section. Beautiful color photos, and very sturdy.
Used the chickweed section and made a chickweed bath that soothed my daughter's eczema .

Great book, wonderful photos. Plants described are local plants rather than exotic.
