The Good Italian von Stephen Burke
It took a while to get moving, but once it did it was a very good read. With its colonial African setting, albeit on the east rather than west coast of the continent, it reminded me somewhat of Graham Greene's Heart of the Matter. Meanwhile, its consideration of right and wrong, the subject of cross-cultural relations and the court room scenes called to mind To Kill a Mockingbird.
