This is a science activity book that includes twenty science activities that can be created. The activities are broken up into indoor, outdoor, or indoor/outdoor projects and the activities are simple but very worth wile. These activities can be modified for any age group but would work best for those in the upper elementary grades. All of the activities are in reference to things that you would find in a garden. The subject matter for these activities range from plants, spices, scented plants, and hatching of butterflies. An activity on worms and garbage is also included. The directions are easy to follow and all activities are accompanied with pictures. I rate this book a 5 out of 5 because it contains useful science activities that could be utilized throughout the school year.… (mehr)
