The story is a darker adaptation of Cinderella. Ellery blames herself for Arbor's arrest, and Fairy Godmother Gardenia wants Ellery to assassinate Prince Zacharye in return for Arbor's release. Ellery encounters a lot of characters I fail to understand their relevance to the story. At the back of Ellery's mind, she will always want to save Arbor and needs to make tough decisions to achieve this. The story is ideal for teenagers.
