Honestly, I am disappointed by the book. The truth is that it was boring and I couldn't make myself finish it. The writing has some flaws, and in places we have tell, not show, the characters are unlikable, and the scenes are cringe.

I appreciate all BDSM novels and enjoy reading them (I've read some dark ones so I don't mind anything), however, this one reminds me of fifty shades. There is no talk about safe words or limits, which bugged me, cause the heroine is so young and this is her first experience.

The heroine, herself, was bland and unnecessary and made not-like-other-girls (which is such a pet peeve of mine), she acted like an adult in one scene and in the next - like a child (like the author couldn't choose how to portray her).

The hero is a fake Dom, which bothered me so much.

The spice, however, is on point, and the hot scenes were just fire. So if you are looking for some hotness, without much of a storyline, this book is perfect.

So improbable. There were bits that might have been good but this was so clearly written just to be taboo that elements that might have been interesting or should have been developed were ignored. One example: How did a grown man who we are to believe is a mostly decent human being sleep with a co-ed and not even bring up birth control? And this 18 year old girl didn’t think of it either? I’m not saying a story can’t have unprotected sex but to not even have a worried thought about It? Nor any thought at all?

It wasn’t horrible but mostly just titillating for it’s own sake but not really even much of that.… (mehr)

This is book one in the Haremworld Series.

I could not put this book down, once I started reading it. I can not wait to read the second book in this installment. I have read a couple of books by this author, I liked each one of them. The flow of the book was on point. The information about the characters could have been could have been more developed. I can't wait to see what else Kelli has to write about. Kelli is becoming one of my favorite authors. I recommend this book it others.… (mehr)
