One of the best autobiographies I've read. If you have any interest at all in Johnny Cash, this is a must read. If you're a big fan, you'll cherish this book. Cash was a very good writer. He even wrote a novel based on the life of the Apostle Paul--"The Man In White".

Here's what I wrote in 2009 about this read: "Interesting man, and man!!. He did know *a lot* of really famous people. Great American; enjoyed the read. Recall, JSA read first, for a high school class."

Came out before American IV with Hurt, etc....
