Easy to use even for one like me whose brain seems to shut down completely whenever confronted with a language not its own.

More fun than worthwhile. It's amusing to toss a proverb out in the middle of conversation and see everyone pause for a few squinted glances.

This is a highly entertaining and very usefull book. I found it when studying French in grad school and have been amazed at the number of times I have heard many of these idioms used in everyday French.
