Herb Chapman

Dr. Herb Chapman is professor emeritus of the University of Florida, where he served for 28 years conducting research to improve the Florida cattle industry. Muncy Chapman, along with raising a family and pursuing a career in citrus and nursery management, has won numerous awards for her poetry, stories, and articles for newspapers and magazines. Both Herb and Muncy were raised in Florida. They now call Stuart, Florida, home and enjoy time with their four children and eleven grandchildren, all of whom reside in Florida.
