Nothing really new. But this book is mainly action.. and action.. and action... and a lot deus ex machina where the MC suddenly finds the all changing power/item to overcome even the biggest enemy.
Sometimes you wish for a bit of slower pace but not in this book.
In the middle is a sex scene that feels a bit unprovoked but I think it is okay. At the end of the book all female characters fall for the hero and that just feels wrong.
So overall the book reads like wishful thinking becoming the invincible hero lusted after by all women. That is a common trope in litRPG and this book is just more obvious about it.
At least the writing is okay.

not so much new things to add to the review of the first book.
Mainly dungeon crawling - but the world of warcraft way.
I really hate when the game mechanics are worked too much. While NPCs are intelligent like your neighbour friend the mobs are dumb and a) do not react on fighting noise in the next room b) fall for the tank and never think about killing the spell caster first like the player do b)get kited by a character and never stop running to attack the rest of the group instead... and so on.
So if you don't mind the WoW style it is an entertaining book.

Is the MC overpowered? Of course! Is he the only player taking the NPCs serious and therefore get hidden quests noone else get? of course! Is he standing in for NPCs and players bullied by others? of course! Does he leveraging several skillsets at once and make awesome loots? of course!
So more or less a standard litrpg - but nicely made.
Critiques? It needed over 25% of the book till the main story started. We get WAYYYY to many information about the fictional game the player stopped playing in the beginnig, get a lot of World of Warcraft info i wasn't interested in.
Anyway - enjoyed the book.… (mehr)
