As a hand-quilter, I was ready to move beyond quilting in the ditch. Even though this book is meant for machine quilters, it is excellent in showing how a quilt can look different because of the quilting. Twelve quilts are shown with 6 quilting designs each as well as patterns and instructions. Directions are clear, and photographs are helpful.
