I rarely use this book anymore. Most recipes weren't really for me, but I LOVED Oprah's unfried chicken. I still make that one once every month or so, but I use chicken tenders and put them on salad.
I love her recipe for unfried catfish. I have received many compliments on this when I've served it to guests.
This book reads more like a novel than a recipe book. One of the early low fat, low sugar, low salt books, this one could be more useful if the nutritional information was included.
