this is a stupid and worthless book. the authors, who are quasi academics, cuff the amount of money the system makes at 2% of the money entrusted to them, but there is nothing else on the topic.there should have been and the book is a total llie,from beginning to end.. Basically a rant about how the system screws us. The title is misleading.
