This has some great ideas for decorating cakes. It is British, however, and some of the terms are different from the US, although most include explanations and/or conversions. Nevertheless, some instructions are not totally clear and some don't seem complete. That said, the pictures are good and the cakes are clever and what isn't given should be fairly easy to figure out, even if it occasionally requires some trial and error.
The most useful part for me is making the faces, i.e. expression of your fondant modeling.
