I bought this to cook for my family and for my 15 year old to practice for his Food & Nutrition IGCSE because the meals looked interesting and quite easy to cook. It looks like there are a good variety of recipes and ingredients that aren't too hard to get hold of.

So far I've tried the one pot chicken and bacon stew and the honey, mustard and crème fraîche baked chicken. Both were quite easy to put together and both tasted good.

One word of warning; some recipes are for cooking for one, some for 4 and some if you're feeding the whole student house - so be sure to check your numbers before you go shopping!
