This is a helpful look at the seven deadly sins. DeYoung explores them as 'vices' or sinful habits that can be countered through counter habits and practices. Each of the deadly sins has a corresponding virtue.

This is one of my favorite works on the ethics of Aquinas. The authors have done an excellent job of explaining what Thomas believes and how his moral views relate to his views of human nature, God, and all of reality. For anyone looking for an accessible introduction to this area of Aquinas that is still deep and engaging, this is the book for you. I came away with a much better understanding of the ethics of this great philosopher and theologian.
