John Douillard is a former profesional athletie. In 1984 he graduated with honors form the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, and in 1987 he spent a year in India studying Ayurvedic medicine. Currently he is the associated director of the Maharishi Ayur-Ved Health Center in Lancaster, Massachusetts, where guests come for mind-body rejuvenation and lifelong fitness. He teaches Body, Mind, and Sport's principles to schools, corporations, and other organizations interested in mind-body health and fitness.
