Brilliantly written. Father Driscoll is a friend of a friend. I simply love his writing.

It was good. The segments were rather like poems in that they were thoughtful reflections. Some of the reflections were outstanding - Faith, Risks, Vocation. A good book for daily use. I felt as if I shared some time with this man, as if we were doing some kind of manual work side by side, and these topics came up during the break and left me thinking about them for the day.

I am only on page 15 but I say READ IT! READ IT, MARK IT, and INWARDLY DIGEST IT!

This is book I always wanted to write. It is not about "how to" liturgics or "how to" anything else-- it's about what is happening at the Eucharist, the Mass, actually what God is doing and who the Church responds not as a collection of individuals or even as institution, but as Christ present in the world which he loves.

It is concrete, specific, and eternal! PLEASE read it!

The entries are not sugar coated, only to reflect a "good faith" but also reflects the human moments of doubt, and questions to God.

These entries inspires me to also take a look at the world around me and also my life...better appreciating the beauty and God's presence in them.… (mehr)
