Yes an important, revealing and useful book. Easily worth a 5. But it loops around and around with explanatory case histories before finally getting back to reinforce and restate the case already made. Felt like I was being talked down to, not thought capable of absorbing much higher density of information flow. So it dragged me through silently screaming, I got it, Ive really got it. Just let me loop back to you and tell you in my words "I have got it" - just another case point along the way.

I gleaned a lot of great information out of this book. Definitely going to have to let it digest and re-read at some point.

Everything from learning how habits are formed to how to use that to your advantage is packed in here. Another great section is all about how others are using your built-in habit loops against you.

Interesting anecdotes, backstories, and information. This is a book I need to go back to review and process my notes/highlights on though ... because I made a lot of them. Great information on the processes and ideas that it takes to make yourself "better".
