Soil mixtures, humidity, temperature, light, water, fertilizer, pruning potting, and problem locations. Includes bottle gardens, terrariums, topiaries, standards, herb gardens and propagation. Miss Faust includes a supply list which would be out of date nowdays, a bibliography which is still good and a month by month growing calendar. Could have been enhanced with colour instead of B/W photos.

I found out that I'm not very good at keep plants alive indoors, seems every house I live in is too dark. On the other hand if you do have lots of light this book is extremely useful.… (mehr)
