Thriller, not SF

This is a thriller set in a futuristic setting, not SF. The difference is internal consistency, and I can't remember how many plot errors I saw in the roughly 75 percent of the story that I read.

Futeristic Thriller, NOT SF

There is a difference between thriller novels, which are often in a futuristic setting, and real SF. That difference is internal consistency and realism. Forbes writes for action and drama, often making plot and consistency errors. If you like action and thriller novels, this could be ok. I'm for SF, and didn't finish the first book of the set.

Nothing less than expected, nothing more. Fast paced no-brainer for summer reads on the beach. No originality, though
