This wasn't my favorite book about Centering Prayer, but I might recommend it to someone wishing to know more. I couldn't put my finger on why this wasn't my favorite, but throughout the book I kept thinking, I should read something else. It might have been because the author quotes Keating so much, especially from Keating's book Open Mind, Open Heart, that I thought-why am I reading this book when I could be reading that one.
