A well-written scholarly book on Indian Missions. The Author is well known scholar in Indian Christianity, focuses mainly South Indian Christianity. This also helped me to understand different cultures within India. Santals were interesting to read, if they have no vocabulary for tomorrow -- what happens?
Other than that, I got aware of 18th-19th century literature among evangelicals. It seems that there's great number of works that has to be recovered.
