I would recommend this book for those who are trying to find a balanced workout without equipment or trips to the gym. It does a good job of simplifying basic bodyweight movements into hip centered, knee centered, upper body push, and upper body pull. These categories basically translate to variations on squats, hinges, pull-ups, and push-ups. These basic movements are strung together and presented as routines arranged in varying levels of difficulty. I'm amazed by how quickly movements become difficult by small adjustments without the addition of weights.

Aside from workout routines, there are pages that offer basic nutrition guidance along the lines of, "eat whole foods" (not necessarily at Whole Foods), "drink water", "limit sugars", and "eat (protein) more frequently". The book also recommends eating carbs post-workout.

I have turned to this book for ideas many times when I need to exercise quickly and it is always helpful for my needs.
