This book would be nice for primary or intermediate students. It tells a story using only pictures of a little community of pigs. One day a giant dandelion flies toward their village and they harvest and plant its seeds, a nearby volcanoe erupts and the village evacuates to a safe place, flying away on the dandelions they had planted. This is a helpful book because being a worldless book, students could create their own interpreations about what is happening within it. I would use this book in a ways that after we read it as a class students could turn to a partner and summarized what happened in it, and then as a class we could try to put our own words into the story.… (mehr)
