I was expecting an I Heart Formal Recruitment book, and instead what I got was an I Heart COR book. The book makes some excellent suggestions for combating the top 10 excuses for not joining, and gives a great explination on how to deliver a bid. However, I was slightly insulted by the style of the book, as I felt that the authors thought it was being written for an audience of small children. Overall, this book was a good idea that was rather poorly executed.
