OK, I read this, in its brief entirety at the bookstore. It's priceless. Satire at the level of "The Daily Show". Great illustrations, smart references, and a spot on parody of the original "Goodnight, Moon".

Should go nicely in the Bush Library. I mean, the Bush Shelf.
Cubby Hole?

My bias is showing, but if you don't believe we've had the most forthcoming, capable leadership the past eight years, and you can still laugh about it, this is well worth reading or gifting to a Blue-state buddy.… (mehr)

He quickly joins up with superheroes and sidekicks who have been similarly left behind by the economy and together they begin a crusade against various capitalist supervillains such as Laissez Fairy, The Invisible Hand, and Pink Slip. At first I was confused because Unemployed Man is called something different in the beginning of this graphic novel. Then he became Unemployed Man and it started making sense. This old-school type comic about the current economic crisis should be required reading for everyone in an Economics 101 class. Its very clever, succinct, and the plays on names are funny. I recommend this book to everyone!
