Lolly was outside playing and no one played with her. This made her very sad. She refused to tell her parents what was wrong. One day they noticed a blue spot on Lolly. The longer she held the tears in the bluer she became until she was all blue. This book teaches childrent to express their emotions and not to hold the feelings inside.
Firstly, it's refreshing to see an illustrated children's book with a nice message aimed at young children that has grammar and text that would be appealing to children of the intended age group. I've seen my share of books that are aimed at 4 year olds with extensive paragraphs that might confuse young kids and short stories that will bore older readers.
The artwork is simple but well done with a flowing story starring Shoo the unwanted street cat that dreams of a home as she befriends a girl named Maya that only wanted a friend.
At nearly 3 USD, it's a bit of a pricey book considering it can be read in less than 5 minutes at the most, but still worthwhile if you wish to read to children. If possible, the book might be a better bargain in printed form.… (mehr)

Sweet story
This book has wonderful illustrations and is a very sweet story about two sad and lonely characters who, upon finding one another, finally feel complete. Great book.
