Difficult to beleive that this edition of Contact Illustrators is almost 30 years old. The artist's styles are pretty much timeless with very few give-aways to obsolete technology or passé celebreties. In fact, don't expect to hold this up as an example of how dated the styles now look, or how times have changed (which is what I was hoping for). In fact, this book could have been published today and no-body would know otherwise.

A nice addition to this years contact of professional illustrators was a few pages at the back of the catalogue representing 22 newcomers to the business.… (mehr)
