Wilson W. Grant

This is a really good book that I found used, and enjoyed. It's about how to be a good father, as the title indicates, and mostly consists of things that I know, but it helps to be reminded of: such as making sure to spend time with your children doing something they want to do, balancing firm discipline with love and positive reinforcement, giving clear boundary lines for acceptable behavior while not just saying "no" for the sake of saying "no," etc. It's not full of profound revelations about parenting, but is definitely good stuff to keep being reminded of.… (mehr)
