Celebrity Biographies - The Amazing Life Of Emily… von Matt Green
It was a good book. I enjoyed reading it. I won it as a e-book thru library thing. Told some good info about this actress that I didn't know.

This is a short book made even shorter by the fact that over half of it is ads for other books. What was there is interesting and informative, but there isn't lot of it.
I was excited to win the opportunity to read a biography of Vin Diesel thinking that it would be an in-depth review of his life with tidbits that I had not heard before and that would include a bit about his life and how he lived it. I felt this biography was cursory and limited with the need of further research and a great deal more editing before being offered to the public. I wanted to give it a great review and score…but could not. I was disappointed
ON GOOD MANNERS: the gist of the book is good. Truly, how we treat people does effect both ourselves and those around us. The author is correct in outlining basic steps for self analysis and directing young ones to be aware of good manners and their effect on our community .So the text speaks to the audience on a relevant topic. The readability, however is very poor. Tense is not consistent, sentence structure incredibly awkward. In English, it reads as a poor translation from another language, The simple but pure message is clouded by mistakes in syntax. I would be interested to see a revised edition and encourage our writer to persist in the editing of this piece to improve the vernacular English and make the message of his writing unencumbered by the distractions of grammatical mistakes.… (mehr)
